The service

Maya is a WhatsApp-native concierge that answers wedding guests’ questions from information supplied by verified hosts, and escalates decisions to those hosts. Maya does not make decisions on a host’s behalf.

Beta status

Maya is offered as a private beta and is provided “as is”, without warranties. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed during this period.

Host responsibilities

• Provide accurate wedding information and keep it up to date.
• Have an appropriate basis to share any guest details you provide.
• Make decisions on escalations that require human judgement.

Acceptable use

Maya may not be used for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe others’ rights. We may suspend access where these terms are not met.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Maya is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the beta. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
