Do guests need to download an app?
No. Maya works inside WhatsApp, which most guests already use. No app, no account, no login - they just message Maya.
How do couples manage Maya?
All through WhatsApp - you add your wedding details, keep them up to date and answer anything Maya checks with you, right in the chat. For more sophisticated planners, there’s also a dashboard.
Why not just put it all on a wedding website?
A wedding website is static: it can only say what you thought to put on it, it isn’t personal, and most guests never check it - so the questions still come to you, and you end up as the help desk. Maya is in the WhatsApp your guests already use, answers each one personally, in their own language, day or night, and only brings you what needs a decision.
What happens when Maya doesn’t know an answer?
She doesn’t guess. If something isn’t confirmed, she says so. If it needs a decision, she checks with the hosts, tells the guest she’s on it, and gets back to them once the hosts have answered.
Is Maya for wedding planners too?
Yes. She doesn’t replace you - she takes the repetitive guest questions and the chasing, and judgement and decisions stay with you. For planners running several weddings there’s even a dashboard: every guest, RSVP, document and travel detail Maya gathers, across every wedding you run, in one calm view.
How does Maya protect guest information?
Each guest only sees their own details, and one guest’s information is never shared with another - even when several weddings share one Maya number.
