Do guests need to download an app?
No. Maya works inside WhatsApp, which most guests already use. No app, no account, no login — they just message Maya.
Does Maya replace a wedding planner?
No. She handles the repetitive guest questions so planners and hosts spend less time as a help desk. Judgement and decisions stay with the human.
What happens when Maya doesn’t know an answer?
She doesn’t guess. If something isn’t confirmed, she says so. If it needs a decision, she escalates to the hosts and tells the guest she’s checking.
How does Maya protect guest information?
Each guest only sees their own details, and one guest’s information is never shared with another — even when several weddings share one Maya number.
